DESIGNED TO LAST

Shelby serves as the Branch Manager of our Sebring office. She comes to J. Biance Financial with an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help others. Having grown up in Sebring with her brother and sister, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband, William, and giving new life to reclaimed furniture in her spare time. Shelby’s background in customer service and office management makes her a valuable asset to J. Biance Financial as well as the families she supports.
