Ron’s primary role on the team is to serve clients and advisors as the New Business Specialist. As a licensed insurance agent, he brings an extensive background in customer service and has always excelled in roles where planning and attention to detail are his primary objective.

After starting his career in the restaurant business, Ron quickly rose to the roles of executive chef and general manager for restaurants across the country. It was during this time that he discovered he loved numbers almost as much as he loved food!

Although Ron is “behind the scenes” at J. Biance Financial, he is passionate about helping our clients. He and his wife, Renee, reside in South Carolina where they enjoy being outdoors, discovering new restaurants in the Upstate and traveling.
