Rebecca Carmona is driven by a deep desire to see others take control of their finances and have confidence in their future. Her dedication is rooted in personal experiences that shaped her passion for financial services — most significantly, the loss of her grandparents in 2023 and their lack of financial stability. Since joining J. Biance Financial she has brought an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding service, making each client feel valued and understood.

Rebecca takes pride in the strong relationships she builds with clients, treating every person as if they were her own family. Her warm and approachable nature ensures clients feel right at home when they come in to the office.

Before joining J. Biance Financial, Rebecca worked at Florida Cancer Specialists, where she further developed her skills in client care and support. A proud graduate of Sebring High School, Rebecca has called Sebring, Florida, her home for her entire life. She treasures the closeness of her tightly knit community and sees her work as a way to give back.

At home, Rebecca and her husband, Cele, share a vibrant family life with their five children — Jaelynn, Kaidence, Samantha, Alana and CJ. Watching her kids play soccer and football is one of her greatest joys, and she loves to spend time with her extended family and friends. Whether cheering from the sidelines or hosting gatherings, Rebecca finds fulfillment in creating moments of connection and happiness.
