Get to know Chelsea Schell

Chelsea’s role at J. Biance Financial is all about solving problems, making things happen and helping every client feel a part of the family. With a background in office management across engineering and health care, Chelsea brings sharp organizational skills and a hands-on approach to everything she does. She holds a degree and a pharmacy tech certification from the University of Arkansas Rich Mountain.

Chelsea comes from a big, close-knit family with five siblings, and while they are spread out across the country, she stays connected to them and knows the value of maintaining strong relationships no matter the distance. Today she’s raising her own daughter, Marley, and when she’s not working, Chelsea loves hanging out with friends, catching a movie, shopping or heading off on family trips to recharge.
